Drug screens and pregnancy tests will be mailed to your home. To avoid incorrect address delivery, ensure that the address fields are correctly filled out.

Every visit requires a drug screen test. In order to promote strict treatment compliance and maintain recovery progress, late submission of your drug test may result in frequent home visits, medication tapering, and/or other restrictions
